If you ask questions, trust me you are in a better position than your colleagues. And who doesn't want that? In this competitive world, we all want to be the best version of ourselves. And if we think like that, this is the characteristic of being honest to ourselves and are on the way to a successful life.

The main motive of this post is to make you pause from all the distractions around and bring you on track and guidance to live a better life. And yes many of my friends, students also do believe in this. So, I always ask these questions to get myself on track if I used to feel stressed and demotivated. It's like restarting a system that is hanged due to a bulk load of applications. This helps me a lot.

Getting back to a point,

Do you know anyone who doesn't want to be happy in this world?

Do you know anyone who doesn't want to live a healthy and good life?

Even if we know the power of mindfulness, have you ever thought about why we fall into that trap of demotivation, stress and all those not to want things from our minds. So here, we thought to give you a pause from all the distractions and to read these 3 key characteristics which we already know but sometimes we need to remind ourselves again. So here, they are

1) Attention to what is occurring in the present moment (simply observing thoughts, feelings, sensations as they arise)

2)Intention to cultivate awareness (and return to it again and again)

3) Attitude that is non-judgemental, curious, and kind.

After reminding and applying all these 3 key characteristics, it feels soothing, healing, and motivated. Do you feel the same?

Think deeply on these 3 points. As your age grows, you will find the different perspectives of these 3 points. I experienced this.

So, make sure you breathe, exercise daily, read good things and live a good life. Your mind is all about you read, you see and you think. So better you go for good things in life.
